UNIFY supports youths, parents, families and communities with
services and skills that foster loving, healthy and cooperative lives. 
UNIFY was founded by Andrew Roland and Leilani Long in San Antonio, Texas.

Andrew Roland
BS Psychology, CPE

Growing up in a family of teachers, Andrew enriched his passion to work with children,
their families and communities.  He graduated from Missouri State University with a
Bachelors of Science in Psychology and a minor in gender studies.  Andrew’s experience
has come in many forms including working at a child and adolescent psychiatric ward,
Texas Child Protective Services in San Antonio, YMCA Primetime director and an educator
in thepublic school system.  He has been coaching, leading workshops and consulting since
2001 and continues gaining experience and education through training with Global Relationships
Center.  Andrew is a Certified Parent Educator of Redirecting Children’s Behavior.
Along with his wife, Leilani, Andrew created UNIFY to support children, their families
and communities in creating a life and relationships that are exactly what they want and
deserve.  He compliments his time with UNIFY with a wide range of interests including
watching and playing sports, theater, rock climbing and computers.

Leilani Long
BSE, CPE

Leilani graduated from Missouri State University in 2005 with her Bachelors of Science
in Education.  She then became a high school educator in San Antonio where she enjoys
teaching English as well as what lies beyond the curriculum. Leilani is passionate about
working with her students to realize each one’s full potential to learn about and
experience life.  Leilani has been coaching and leading workshops with kids, teens,
families, and communities since 2001 and is a Certified Parent Educator of Redirecting
Children’s Behavior.  She is currently earning her Masters degree in Transpersonal
Psychology at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, CA.  Leilani’s
work has included national travel to the Midwest, east coast, south and west coast.
Focusing on her passion of supporting kids, teens, families and communities so that each
sees the magnificence that lies within, Leilani co-founded UNIFY with her husband,
Andrew Roland in San Antonio.  Leilani enriches her life with countless hours of personal growth,
creative expression through art, theater and dance, and quality time with family.
